The abstracts can be submitted by the option below:
Please note that registration for the meeting (but not the conference fee payment!) is required prior abstract submission. Further details are available at the Frequently Asked Questions page. If you are registered but can not submit the abstract, e.g. your e-mail address is not recognized, please, send us your abstract by e-mail as a reply to the acknowledgement message you received from us with your registration. Please, use abstract submission via e-mail as the last option only. It increases the the amount of labor for our small team and processing of your abstract can be delayed as well. Thank you! Please note that final deadline for abstracts submission is June 1, 2011
The abstract must fit on one page, and since each individual abstract will ocuppy one page of space in the abstract book,
we advise you to use the space rationally by providing the informative summary of your presentation, which neither exceeds one page
nor leaves a lot of empty space on the page.
We do not edit the abstracts and they will be published on-line at our web site and and in the abstratcs book as is. Poorly presented abstract may be rejected, e.g. if it contains several typos and/or recommended format is not followed. We do not accept more than
3 abstracts from one presenting author and normally expect one abstract from a presenting author. However, we do not
have restrictions for the number of abstracts at which you are listed as a coauthor (e.g. as a research
supervisor) if your group members present your research with your permission.
The text of the abstract must fit US letter size paper 8.5 x 11 inch (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm) with equal 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides of the paper. We provide the following template for your convenience:
