In conjunction with the summer school, symposium and two workshops there will be many opportunities for suppliers and vendors to interact with key contacts. The close proximity of the exhibition area to the Plenary Sessions Hall will drive quality traffic throughout the exhibition. Our basic exhibition package includes:

The meeting exhibition will be held at the recreation Hall at the second floor of the Bldg 1 at the New Territory (LP27-4) (27, Lomonosovsky prospect, Bld.4). The exibitors are invited to set up their booths starting from 9 am on Wednesday, September 14. Exhibition work hours: September 14 and 16, 10 am - 6 pm.
Exhibition disassembling hours: September 15 after 7 pm.
