Registration Fee Schedule

Please note that prepaying your registration fee and early offers substantial savings with the least financial risk for you (only a small processing fee of 10% will be subtracted at cancellation). With the Early and Regular registration fees you can also cancel your participation at the last moment and get the refund. Late registration fee is not refundable.

Daily fee -- 200 (6000) USD (RUB): Daily conference fee is designated for the invited speakers and representatives of the local organizations who can attend only one day of the meeting. The daily fee includes all social and networking events at the day of the meeting attendance. If you pay the daily fee, please, request the ticket(s) to the social event(s) you plan to attend along with your badge and conference materials at the local registration desk.

Refunds/cancellations
If you paid your registration fee but need to cancel your participation in the conference, we will refund your registration fee less the processing charge. Late registration fees are not refundable, however.

^*	Early registration fee is refundable if cancellation is received before August 12, 2011. The 10% processing charge will be subtracted. Nonrefundable afterwards.
^**	Regular registration fee is refundable until August 12, 2011. The 20% processing charge will be applied. For cancellation received after August 12, 2011 the registration fee is nonrefundable.
^***	Late registration fees are not refundable.
