Participants are advised to note the following dates:

• Registration & Conference Fees: The early registration fee for conference participants is 300 USD (deadline: April 12, 2011), regular fee - 400 USD (deadline: Agust 12, 2011) and late fee - 500 USD (after Agust 12 prior coming to the meeting). Full time students may receive a 50% discount off regular conference fee. The registration fee for guests accompanying conference attendees is 100 US dollars. The registration fee includes the book of abstracts, reception and coffee breaks. Further details are available at the Registration and Fee Schedule pages.
   
  
• Abstract Submission & Acceptance: Final deadline for abstracts submission is June1, 2011. Decisions about abstract acceptance submitted before April 30 (initial deadline) will be made before May 15. Decision for abstracts submitted in May will be made before June 15. Participants who require confirmation of abstract acceptance to apply for visa or travel support from their institutions or funding agencies may request an early abstract processing.
   
  
• Visa Support Letters : Requests for visa support letters are accepted until May 31.
   
  
• Papers Submission: Organizers will accept papers for publication in the special issues of Nanotechnology and Nanotechnology Research Letters starting from May 1, 2011. The deadline for submission of research papers is November 1 (final deadline!), 2011 and for tutorial chapters – October 30. Further details are available at the Publications page.
