POSTER SESSIONS NGC2009
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Co-chairmen: Andrey Fedyanin and Irina Zanaveskina
Poster session will be held at the recreation hall at the 2nd floor of the Bldg 1 at the New Territory (LP27-4) (27, Lomonosovsky prospect, Bld.4)
Presenters are invited to put their posters on September 14 (Wednesday) before lunch time, e.g. before the sessions start or during the coffee breaks.
All posters will be presented for display during the two days of Symposium (September 14 and 15).
The official time for poster discussions is from 6 till 9 pm on September 14 (Wednesday). Poster presenters are expected
to be present at their posters at this time. Meeting participants are invited and encouraged to visit poster session
at different time as well, e.g. during the coffee breaks and lunch time.
Recommended poster size: is 0.8 m (width) x 1.2m (hight). The poster stand size is 0.95m wide and 2.3m high.
The posters will be judged and the best posters will be awarded prizes.The awards ceremony will be held at the poster session (Recreation Hall) on September 15 (Thursday) at 6 pm after the oral sessions.
