Conference receptions

Conference receptions will be organized after the sessions at September 13th (Tuesday, opening reception), 14th (Wednesday, combined with the poster session) and 16th (Friday, closing reception). All conference participants and registered accompanied persons are welcome at the receptions.

Opening reception will be held on Tuesday (September 13) at the Dining room No.8 marked by the number 44 at the campus map. The receptions starts at 6 pm and will be followed by one hour Moscow River boat tour at 8 pm. Bus transportation from the Dining room No.8 will be provided by the Organizers.

Poster Reception will be held during the poster session from 6 to 9 pm on Wednesday (September 14). Snacks, sandwiches and non alcoholic drinks will be served. No alcohol drinking is allowed inside of the educational and research facilities at the MSU.

Closing Reception will be held on Friday (September 16) at Zelenograd Center for Entrepreneurship Development from 6 to 9 pm. Bust transportation to Moscow will be provided after the reception.

City tours, concerts and individual social programs

If you are interested in signing up for tours, concerts or create your individual social program, please contact Marina Astapchik as early as possible for timely reservations.
