NT-MDT: Powerful Line of Nanotechnology Instruments for Cutting Edge Research and Advanced Education

Today nanotechnology is applied to different fields of science, industry and medicine. It is of great significance in research and investigations of the new materials and for manufacturing devices of high technology.

NT-MDT Co has been creating the equipment for nanotechnology research for more than 20 years, steadily holding the advanced positions in quality standards, hi-tech development and in original technical solutions.

Our mission is to enable researchers, engineers, and developers to conduct nanoscale research by creating ever more perfect nanotechnology instrumentation. Along the way, we maintain a global prospective, always taking into consideration the needs of a student in the classroom, a scientist doing cutting edge research in the laboratory, and an engineer in the industrial R&D center.

The range of products of our company constantly expands, and is represented today with 5 different equipment lines:

  • NANOEDUCATOR – scientific measurement training complex based on a scanning probe microscope, suitable for scientific research and education;
  • SOLVER - AFM/STM instruments supporting more than 40 measuring methods for scientific and industrial research centers;
  • NTEGRA - Probe NanoLaboratories integrating the whole spectrum of measurement techniques with scanning probe microscopy;
  • NANOFAB - multifunctional scientific-technological complexes for processing and quality assurance of devices/ elements of micro- and nano-electronics. NANOFAB 100 is the modular platform with a cluster arrangement that integrates methods of local processing and group technologies of substrates as big as 100 mm. On the basis of such systems it is possible to model and manufacture small series of devices for nanoelectronics, with minimal size elements of less than 20 nm (up to 3-5 nm in SPM lithography mode). For the 25 inches or less wafers NT-MDT developed a more compact system – NANOFAB 25;
  • Accessories, probes, testing samples and calibration gratings for the probe microscopy.

We are sure that NT-MDT offers the most powerful line of the nanotechnology instruments to design and study nanomaterials and nanostructures with extremely high resolution. I look forward to demonstrate our capabilities and experience at the NGC2011 conference and to have a constructive discussions and interactions with colleagues from across the world.
