Scientific program combines Summer School (first 2 days) and Symposium (last 2 days). The Summer School program consists of tutorial (plenary) lectures followed by panel discussions in smaller groups involving participants and speakers. The program of the Symposium includes plenary sections on Science & Technology in the morning, which are followed by oral presentation and poster sessions in the afternoon. Evening sessions will focus on technology trends & collaboration discussions.

Tutorial lectures (Summer School), and research papers will be arranged in sessions according to their topics (see list of suggested topics on the Home Page of this meeting) to encourage active discussion. Parallel sessions will be scheduled after reviewing abstracts received for each of the research areas.

We are grouping related topics into sections. The sections have their respective leaders. Sections do not have to follow the same key as the list of topics covered by the conference, since they are mainly needed to streamline the organization. English is the official language of the meeting. Limited help with translation to/from Russian will be available during discussions.
