Abstract Submission

The abstracts can be submitted by using either option below:

  1. Abstract submission via web interface (for text and (La)Tex abstracts without figures).
  2. Abstract submission by uploading your camera-ready abstract as an attachment.

Please note that registration for the meeting (but not the conference fee payment!) is required prior abstract submission. Further details are available at the Frequently Asked Questions page. If you are registered but can not submit the abstract, e.g. your e-mail address is not recognized, please, send us your abstract by e-mail as a reply to the acknowledgement message you received from us with your registration. Please, use abstract submission via e-mail as the last option only. It increases the the amount of labor for our small team and processing of your abstract can be delayed as well. Thank you!

Please note that deadline for abstracts submission is November 1, 2006

The abstract must fit on one page, and since each individual abstract will ocuppy one page of space in the abstract book, we advise you to use the space rationally by providing the informative summary of your presentation, which neither exceeds one page nor leaves a lot of empty space on the page.

The text of the abstract must fit US letter size paper 8.5 x 11 inch (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm) with equal 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides of the paper.

We provide the following templates for your convenience:
