NGC2007 ProceedingsNGCM2007 Proceedings (peer reviewed papers) will be published as special
issues of Solid State Electronics (nanoelectronics and
photonics) and Nanotechnology (molecular and bioelectronics). For distinction between
nanoelectronics (e.g. nanoCMOS) and molecular electronics we use the fabrication approach, such as top-down (film deposition and lithography) vs
bottom-up (molecular self-assembly). Some papers may fit into both special issues. To avoid the request for
resubmission, please, send the title and summary of your prospective paper to Anatoli Korkin (), guest editor for both special issues, for an advice about the assignment of your paper to SSE or Nanotechnology (unless it is
obvious).
Please, prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines of the journal
that has been selected for your paper: By submittal of your paper on-line, indicate that it is designated for NGC2007 special issue. Only original research papers presented at the NGC2007 will be considered for inclusion in the special Issues of Solid State Electronics and Nanotechnology journals. In order to maximize the scientific impact of the NGC2007 proceedings we emphasize that submitted papers should describe original work that has not been published elsewhere. All papers will be refereed according to the usual standard of quality for the journals. Final deadline for submission of the papers: April 30, 2007. |
