Accommodation in Tempe

General Information

Arizona is a popular tourist destination in March because of its paradise weather. Tourists from all of the world come to Arizona to see its natural wonders and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the South West Capital of Youth (Tempe Downtown) and the creative spirit of the Capital of the Fine Arts (Downtown Scottsdale). Availability of the hotels at this time may be limited and the organizers have made group reservations well in advance to secure accommodation at discount price for NGC2007 participants and guests. We strongly encourage our participants to make early reservations. Our group reservations in the hotel expire about a month before the meeting (in some hotels even earlier).

Hotel payments, Cancellation and Reimbursement

Participants are expected to reserve their accommodation directly with the hotels, e.g. by booking the rooms by phone, fax or via internet, as specified on the hotel web sites listed below. While making your reservation, please, mention that you come for Nano-Giga Conference at ASU to get the rates listed below. if on-line booking does not allow reservation with the specified discount rate, make your reservation by phone or contact NGC2007 organizers for assistance. We expect the shuttle service to/from the conference venues to be available for participants who stay at these locations (unless the hotel is located at 15 min or less walking distance). To estimate the total cost of your accommodation add about 12% tax to the total amount based on the accommodation prices listed below for the individual hotels. All reimbursement claims and cancellations related to the accommodation will be handled according to the hotel policies.
