Nano and Giga Challenges in Microelectronics

Please provide us with a one page abstract of your talk by filling in the blanks on the form below. Alternatively, you can send your abstract as an e-mail attachment to the address: organizers@asdn.net or organizers@AtomicScaleDesign.Net (or use Web E-mail interface) provided that it follows the same pattern as the form below, and does not exceed one printed page (longer abstracts will be edited by organizers to fit one page, and we will ask authors for approval). Even when you send us an abstract by e-mail, please use this page, enter Title/Author information and enter: Sent by e-mail in the abstract comments. While we can process HTML, RTF, MS-WORD/OpenOffice, plain text abstracts (with an optional touch of (La)TeX) are strongly encouraged, since we can process them without retyping. If you really need to incorporate figures, please use compact image files, since abstracts will be placed on the Web.

The corresponding (contact) author also needs to fill out the registration form (so we have the necessary contact information).

The deadline for submitting abstracts is April 30, 2004.

Indicate in the comment box that you need an early notification about your abstract acceptance. Our Program Committee will be reviewing abstract submissions monthly, and we will be sending decisions on acceptance or rejection within about a month to those who request early notification.

The book of abstract will be available for participants at the meetings.
