Registration/Conference Fees

Early Registration Fee -- Before and on March 15, 2004:

     Regular participants: 200 US Dollars
     Full time students: 100 US Dollars
     Accompanying Persons: 50 US Dollars

Registration Fee after March 15, 2004 before June 16, 2004:

     Regular participants: 300 US Dollars
     Full time students: 150 US Dollars
     Accompanying Persons: 75 US Dollars

Late Registration Fee after June 15, 2004^*:

     Regular participants: 400 US Dollars
     Full time students: 200 US Dollars
     Accompanying Persons: 100 US Dollars

^*)Late registration fee was introduced since organizers have to early prepay accomodations and rent facilities to minimize the cost and to assure reliable service.

Abstract Submissions

Deadline for the abstract submission is April 15, 2004.

Abstract Acceptance

Decisions about abstract acceptance will be made before May 15, 2004

Hotel Reservation and Payment

Deadline for booking and payment for accomodation through the organizers is July 9, 2004
