Accomodation in CracowGeneral InformationCracow is an extermely popular tourist/conference destination in September, and availability of hotels is limited. Late hotel reservation may pose a problem. We strongly encourage our participants to make early reservations. Our group reservation on the meeting web site in closed on this web site. For questions regarding accommodation options, please, contact Ms Katarzyna Graczyk or make your hotel reservation with travel agencies or directly with the hotels. Cancellation and ReimbursementIf you are made your hotel reservation and payment through the organizers but not able to come to the meeting your cancellation received before August 13, 2004 will be fully reimbursed (less payment transfer costs) within two weeks after your request. Reservations cancelled after August 12, 2004 but before September 5, 2004 will be reimbursed within 30 days after the meeting less 10% and payment transfer costs. Reimbursement of cancellations made after September 5, 2004 will be made only under the condition that we can find someone willing to buy your hotel room (less 10% and transfer costs). Transfer costs are: 40 USD if payment was done by wire transfer, 4 USD for credit card refund and 5 USD for cashiers check returned by airmail/first class mail. Hostel Trzy KafkiDolnych Mlynow Street 9:Located in the old part of Krakow near Main Market Square. Single, double, triple and larger rooms with bathrooms shared by three rooms. There is also a kitchen for the guests. Student hotel Bydgoska*Bydgoska 19:Located near the center of Cracow (4 stops by tram), in the vicinity of a park, away from busy streets. Each room has a phone and internet. Hotel Ibis**W. Syrokomli 2:Located near Vistula River and Wawel Castle. 15 minutes walking distance to Main Market Square. Hotel Classic***Tomasza 32:5 minutes walking distance from Main Market Square. Just in the middle of Old City tempting the visitor with marvelous renaissance architecture, but at the same time The Planty Gardens keep it away from the loud city center. Hotel Niebieski***Flisacka 3:Art Hotel Niebieski is situated in Salwator, a leisure western suburb of Krakow, in the vicinity of the St. Norbert Convent, the Kosciuszko Mound and St. Bronislawa's Hill. It is 20 minutes' walk away from the city centre, and has excellent tram and bus connections to all parts of the city, as well as being in close proximity to the airport and the railway station. Hotel Novotel****Tadeusza Kosciuszki 5:Located Near Vistula River and Wawel Castle. 15 minutes walking distance to Main Market Square. Hotel Amadeus****Mikolajska 20:By the main Market Square.
