International Dial-in: 706-643-2019  passcode 483301

participants which will be using International line will be
charged according the rates of the phone companies they
use for international calls.

The percentage of postitive response, so far, is above any expectation, it is 100%!
Thank you very much to Serge Luryi and Evgeni Gusev!  The first phase of the
preparation to the meeting has been successfully completed and web sites will
be announced shortly in the public domain servers and browesers.
