Subject: NGCM2004 web site

Dear co-organizers on NGCM2004 (initiative group),

We (Siklitsliy, Labanowsk, Oseeva and myself) had discusions
regarding NGCM2004 presence in the internet. Finally, everyone has 
agreed that for us having two web sites for the meeting provides an easier 
and more  reliable approach than trying to maintain one with two web masters 
on the different sides of the Atlantic Ocean. This also gives us more freedom.

The web site at Ioffe Institute will be our primary and official web site,
while the web site in Ohio will serve as a back up and support. Both
sites will be open to the public and used as the references. Both
web sites will have references to each other to avoid potential confusions
and will have cross references for the corresponding functions.

By the end of this week we should have done most of preliminary work
required to make the web sites public and the plan is to announce
the conference broadly on the internet IN TWO WEEKS. It will allow
us to start pre-registration and search for the sponsors, speakers,
exhibitors and also a general marketing campaign for the meeting.
