            Canadian visa

In order to attend the conference, participants from certain countries will need to obtain a Canadian visa. Visa application requirements may vary depending on your country of origin/citizenship. Attendees are advised to consult the local Canadian consulate where you intend to apply for a visa in order to determine any specific requirements for your application. As proof of your participation at the conference, we recommend you include a copy of the conference program and a reference to the conference webpage where your name and abstract are listed as part of your application material. The organizers can provide letters of acceptance (for accepted abstracts) and receipts for conference fee payments upon request if necessary for your application. Invitation letters are provided only to the invited speakers and conference organizers. We stress that additional information may be required and you should consult with a local Canadian consulate.

We welcome your family members to join you at the conference as accompanying persons. Their names may be included in the receipt for your conference fee payment. As with your own visa application, you should verify with a local Canadian consulate whether any additional information is required.

Abstract acceptance letters and conference fee payment receipts (for those who have paid the conference fees) can be sent in electronic format (pdf file) and also by regular mail. The regular fees (due by July 10) can be reimbursed (minus a processing fee), if you cancel your participation. For further information on fee payments, please, visit the Registration Fee and Registration Fee Schedule web pages on the conference website.

To obtain letters of abstract acceptance or fee payment receipts, please, contact Daniel Fielder.
