NGCM2004 update: July 5th, 2003

Dear Co-organizers of NGCM2004 meeting in St Petersburg,

Summer vacations and travels have naturally slowed down our
work on preparation of the meeting. However, some work continues
and we will appreciate if you can help with advertising our meeting
and the conferences, workshops and other events (except may be
beach parties on Hawaii :-) you plan attend during your summer travels.

Please, find attached the 1st circular in the A4 and letter formats prepared 
for printing on the color printer on two sides of the paper sheet and to fit in 
the standard letter envelop if three-folded. If you prefer us to mail you already 
printed copies, please, send your request to me with a number of copies 
you'd like to receive for distribution, your mailing address and the date you 
need the copies to be received (advance note is preferable to save money on 
mailing expenses).

The initial campaign for "hunting the great speakers" has been completed and
we now shift focus of the meeting organizing toward  "hunting for the generous 
sponsors" and toward the general advertisement campaign using mailing lists, 
professional communities and media.
