RE: question from Vul'

Dear Alexander Yakovlevich,

I can read your text: no problem, but would prefer
that all official corrspondence will be in English.
We have other than Russians in our International team.

The suggested day next week is not good. Would you
be so kind to call Maria Oseeva and check what other
day she is avaliable, which is also good for your team?
Maria will be playing a key role in the future communication
between the local and programm committees. 5 pm is generally
OK with me as it is currently 7 am in Arizona and after the
Spring time change it will be 6 am here. I do not have other
meetings scheduled so early. Thus it should not be any
schedule conflicts. I can connect all the parties on one
phone line.

Best Regards,
Anatoli
