Please note that prepaying your registration fee
and Social/Networking Events early offers substantial savings with
the least financial risk for you (only a small processing fee of 10%
will be subtracted at cancellation).
With the Early and Regular registration fees you can also
cancel your participation at the last moment and get the refund.
Late registration fee is not refundable. Although the Innovation at the Edges workshop fee (USD 1000) is flat (does not depends on the time when payment is made), its cancellation and refund will be processed following the same procedure as the conference fee.
Social Activities Credit: We offer participants the flexibility to prepay specified and unspecified networking
and social events along with the conference fee by adding the flexible ($50, $150 or $250) "activities credit" to the
"basic conference fee" for unspecified events or the charge for the specific event.
Daily fee -- USD 200 : Daily conference fee is designated for the invited speakers and representatives of the local
businesses in Ontario who can attend only one day of the meeting. The daily fee includes all social and networking events at the
day of the meeting attendance. If you pay the daily fee, please, request the ticket(s) to the social event(s) you plan to attend along with your
badge and conference materials at the local registration desk.

If you paid your registration fee but need to cancel your
participation in the conference, we will refund
your registration fee less the processing charge.
